buero digitale is participating in the consultation process for the OZG framework architecture

The Online Access Act (OZG) aims to digitize government services for citizens and businesses, making them easily accessible, secure, and available from anywhere.

To achieve this, a comprehensive IT architecture serves as a common framework for digitalization across federal, state, and municipal levels. This architecture, known as the "OZG framework architecture," encompasses all necessary standards, interfaces, as well as central basic services and components. The Federal IT Architecture Board (FIT-AB), comprising representatives from eleven states, the federal government, and the Federal IT Cooperation (FITKO), is responsible for developing this blueprint for the shared OZG framework architecture, which will serve as a reference for all OZG implementers in the future.

This process for creating the blueprint will serve as a starting point for dialogue with other key stakeholders. Based on the developed blueprint, a joint implementation program called "OZG Infrastructure Program 2.0" will be created through collaboration between the federal government and states, making a significant contribution to the digitalization of government services in Germany.

Together with many authorities, institutions, and companies, "buero digitale" will participate in the consultation process of the Federal IT Architecture Board (FIT-AB) for the development of the aforementioned framework architecture's target image.
