On October 27th and 28th, 2023, the first career fair took place in Hoyerswerda. We were represented alongside partners from the region, presenting our company. We were delighted by the strong interest from prospective apprentices and students.

Engaging conversations with applicants who were returning to their hometown or choosing Lausitz as their new home were also exciting for us.

Once again, the fair highlighted the potential of Lausitz and reaffirmed our decision to establish our company in Hoyerswerda.
